If you request a return for an eligible item within 30 days of its delivery, once we receive the returned product, we will initiate a refund equivalent to 100% of the purchase price, deducting the original shipping charges and applying a $15 restocking fee. This refund will be processed within 2 business days. Please be aware that the timeframe for the refunded funds to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card company, often taking up to 7 business days.

To qualify for a return, the item must remain in its original packaging. Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any opened products, primarily due to sanitary considerations.

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

After we have received and inspected your returned item, an email will be sent to inform you of its successful reception. Additionally, you will receive notification regarding the approval or denial of your refund.

Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and the credited amount will be automatically applied to your original method of payment, typically within a specified number of days.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you have not yet received your refund, please start by reviewing your bank account once more. Afterward, reach out to your credit card company, as it may require some additional time for your refund to be officially reflected in your account. Additionally, consider contacting your bank, as there is usually a processing period before a refund becomes visible.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Please note that refunds are only applicable to regular-priced items; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the expense of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

The delivery time for an exchanged product may vary depending on your location.

If you are shipping an item valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or obtaining shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you have received a damaged product, please reach out to us at info@nailrica.com. Kindly include your order number and the name used to place the order, and we will gladly arrange for a replacement item for you!

 

EXCHANGE 

Exchanges will be initiated after our warehouse team has received and inspected your color powders. Please note that, for sanitary reasons, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for any opened products.
